Bursa Targets 1.6 Billion Dollars Exports in 2019
Bursa, sending products to the world’s many countries has 1.25 billion shares in textile exports last year’s that Turkey
has made 8.5 billion dollars.
Chairman of Uludag Textile Exporters’ Association (UTİB) Pınar Taşdelen Engin saying that Bursa will be a great breakthrough clothing, home and technical textiles and stated that they will increase exports to the United States and Europe.Engin said that they are looking for a new markets and that they have serious work on the African, Japanese and South American markets. Emphasizing that they made the biggest export to Germany in Europe, Engin said, “We will carry our export figures in these countries to even more tops per kilogram.” Added that they have made many projects on serious increases seen in exports Engin, “In order for the ecological products to be more involved in exportation, we have been working to produce more sustainable products with the technological opportunities in our companies. As Bursa, we aim to $1.6 billion exports in 2019.” she said.
