Danitech: Uses 100% European Materials in all of Its Machines

The design of Danitech’s dyeing machines is entirely their own. The company uses 100% European brand of parts and materials in all of their machines and the production is done in their factories in Senago-Milano.

Danitech stepped into the Turkish market firstly with a 500 kg, 2-chambered machine, which launched at ITM 2016. The machine which brings many innovations to the market in the fields of both machine and software, is also attracting attention with its low consumption as well as minimum energy consumption. Thanks to its special systems, the machine performs the dyeing process optimally and completes the whole process without any operator intervention.

After that it performs the entire process itself and and corrects any changes that occur during the process. There is a feature in our machine called Intelligent Washing System (IWS). This system consists of a single washing program and decides the cleanliness of the washing water. Depending on the cleaning situation, this system automatically stops or continuing the washing program and this saves time in washing process and therefore saves water and energy consumption. The machine is fully optimized in mechanical sense. Sheet thicknesses are at least 1-2 mm more than other machines. There are double reel in the bearings. There is an elastic connection between the main pump and the motor, so we have minimized mechanical packing problems.

Besides production machines, Danitech also produces laboratory machines (from 5kg to 10kg) and sample machines (25kg-50kg and 100kg) and thanks to the technology they developed for each of these two machines, it is possible to work in the same bath/liquor ratio as the production machine (1: 4-1: 5). This patented system is completely unique.
