Vario Line HT Jigger

Equipped with variable adjustable fabric tension control, the machine was developed for perfect dyeing of PES and PES mixed fabrics up to 4000 mm width at high temperatures reaching 143 degrees. It can reduce the processing time with its fabric speed that can reach 200 meters per minute and its high-performance heat exchanger. Through the newly designed circulation system, it provides constant heat and dye concentration in the complete bath.

Ultra Jigger AT  

This universal Jigger, designed for bleaching, dyeing, and washing sensitive woven fabrics such as Nylon, Viscose, Cotton, Perlon, Silk, is a product of modern engineering work. It guarantees a constant fabric tension (0-1000N) in a wide range from very delicate fabrics to very heavy fabrics.

This model, which provides a controlled filling and unloading, automatic Jigger operation at a fabric speed of 150 m/min, with variable adjustable fabric tension between 0-1000N, also provides consumption control thanks to its energy control.

Lab Jigger
