Lila Group’s Dyehouse Grows 35% in the First 6 Months
Lila Group, one of the leading cleaning paper manufacturers in our country, decided to increase its capacity by investing 55 million TL in the dyehouse facility in which it operates in the textile sector at the end of 2020. With the effect of the modernization works completed as of 2021 and the new investment, the dyehouse facility increased its capacity by 2 times in the first half of the year compared to the same period of the previous year, and achieved a growth of 35%.
Expressing that they are extremely satisfied with the growth figures achieved in a short time, Lila Group Board Member Aydın Öğücü said: “As Lila Group, we are extremely proud to add sustainable value to our country, economy and society. Aydın Öğücü continued his words as follows: “With the effect of the investments we made, we doubled our production capacity in the first 6 months of the year compared to the previous year. With our quality-oriented production approach, we have supplied our global retail customers, who expect knotless yarn, to meet their expectations at the highest level. In addition to our new investments, the customer satisfaction we gained had a significant impact on the 35% growth in our figures. We are very happy to supply products to the leading retail brands of the textile industry operating in many countries of the world with our responsible production approach and green production facility.”

“We aim to save 25% per year in water consumption”
Öğücü said; As Lila Dyehouse, we move forward with the sustainability approach of the Lila Group, and we improve the projects that support energy and water saving day by day by being sensitive to the management of resources. In addition, we aim to save 30% per year in energy consumption and 25% per year in water consumption. We continue to break our own records in this field; because we know that sustainable resource management is one of the indispensable issues for a ‘Sustainable Future’. We care about detecting and improving our areas of improvement by auditing ourselves with both regular audits made on the occasion of our quality certificates and social compliance audits requested by our customers.”
