“ITM 2024 Exhibition was Very Productive for Us”
ITM 2024 brought the world’s leading textile machinery manufacturers together in Istanbul for the 36th time. The third day of ITM 2024, which hosted a record level of domestic and foreign visitors on the first two days, was also filled with intense contacts. Arges Laser Sales and Marketing Director İlhan Telli stated that Turkey, which has a very large share in textile production, has achieved a serious success in event organization thanks to ITM.
Which machines did Arges participate in ITM 2024?
We have a metering machine. This is a printing machine. It can print on both fabric and tabletop. We also have a project with four mannequins. Apart from these, we also have a small laser machine that we have recently produced and we call it a smart laser. Thanks to these machines, processes can be done much faster and more effectively than by human hands. Laser machines also ensure that the processes are faster and healthier. We are on the third day of ITM 2024.
How is the exhibition progressing?
ITM 2024 Exhibition started very well. Especially in the first two days, there was a very intense participation from abroad. We had visitors from many different countries, especially Pakistan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and Morocco.
Have you signed new collaborations?
ITM exhibitions are one of the important organizations that bring together the machinery manufacturers in the textile industry. Turkey is one of the leading countries both in terms of its location and its share in the textile industry. Despite this, Europe was eating the cream of the sector more than us, especially in the exhibition area. The existence of ITM and its increasing influence day by day makes serious contributions to the sector. We have high expectations for new collaborations after ITM 2024.
How important are ITM Exhibitions for your company?
It is very important as we have the opportunity to exhibit our products and prepare the ground for new collaborations. The fact that it is held in two-year periods is also very accurate. The variety of exhibitors is satisfactory. As always, we are having a productive exhibition period at ITM 2024 this year.
