Royal Carpet Turned Its Export Route to Japan and Australia
Royal Halı presents its carpets with over 2,000 different patterns to customers in nearly 500 showrooms and sales points throughout Turkey and in 28 countries around the world. Exporting to nearly 30 countries such as the USA, China, Morocco, Turkmenistan and Romania with the Royal Halı, Piere Cardin Halı and Atlas Halı brands, the new target market of Royal Halı is the Far East.
Royal Halı General Manager Tansel Tula said, “We are trying to increase the number of countries we export to. We follow an aggressive sales and export policy. We have established connections with Far East countries. We are particularly hopeful for our new target markets, Japan and Australia. There is a high demand for Royal Halı products in these countries.”
Tansel Tula pointed out that they attach great importance to innovation studies, “With our experienced R&D and design team specializing in carpets, we keep our finger on the pulse of furniture and home decoration fashion trends both in Turkey and abroad every year.” “We shape our model range according to the aforementioned trends,” he said.
Stating that they have established an exhibition hall in a hotel in Istanbul and introduced new collections, Tula noted that there are an average of 300 new carpet models in the exhibition area. Tula said; “We have four brands: Royal, Pierre Cardin, Atlas and Studio. We have reached this point with approximately 300 new designs in 14 different collections. Tula, we presented all our collections to our dealers.”

Stating that they are preparing new collections with inspiration from nature, Tula said: “As you know, the number of citizens hosting our pawed friends in our homes has increased considerably.Sensitivity and a market have emerged in this regard. The carpet we produce collects on the hairs of our domestic animals, such as cats and dogs. Thus, it can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. We have also received the official certification of this. This was an interesting innovation that we differentiated from standard carpet production. We hope it will pay off in the market.
