CNC Cutting Machine allows more than one cut according to the fabric feature
The cutting units on the machine have a ‘modular’ structure and offer the pen, punch and snap apparatus needed by the companies as standard equipment. There is a 4 mm thick air permeable felt band on the cutting surface of the machine. The cutting surface is scanned with comparator devices, the cutting surface is mapped, and precision cutting is applied on the entire surface of the machine. In this way, the service life of the felt band used is maximized. With its 7.5 kW vacuum motor, it provides strong and stable holding on the entire surface. Thanks to its powerful vacuum feature, the CNC Cutting Machine can cut fabric and technical textile derivative products in a single layer, as well as making it possible to make multiple cuts according to the characteristics of the fabric.
