Birteks called 2018 as `Needle Year`

Birteks Import and Sales Manager Metin Çalışkan says that their company put the solutions developed for process and product to forefront when the standard products remained insufficient. Çalışkan, states, “We have an important place in the textile sector with King Tanso in circular knitting machines, jacquard systems of Chuangda brand which produces electronic selector systems for knitting machines, Tolon and Shibata needles and sinkers”.

Stating that they called 2018 as “Needle Year”, Çalışkan continued: “We made very important steps especially in our needle group in the tricot section. We are at ITM 2018 Exhibition with all these innovations. I think we showed up with yarn, electronic transfer and InterRib machines in the exhibition. During the ITM Exhibition, we have talked to customers from Europe, North Africa and the Middle East to introduce our circular knitting machines and needle varieties to them. There is an intensive participation from different countries to the exhibition. Therefore, this exhibition is a good opportunity to exhibit our circular knitting machine that will be marketed both in Turkish and in European. I can say that all expectations have been met with this high number of visitors and exhibitiors.”
