Change in Management of Lindauer Dornier

Hans-Jürgen Schmidt hands over his function as CFO to Franz-Peter Matheis

Mr. Matheis gained many years of experience in the fields of finance and controlling in the mechanical and plant engineering sector. Among other positions, he demonstrated his leadership skills and strategic vision as commercial managing director of Schenck RoTec GmbH, a part of the Dürr Group, and in his most recent position as member of the Board of Homag Group AG.

In the statement made by the Dornier company, the following statements were included: “We are pleased to welcome Mr. Matheis as our new CFO and would like to thank Mr. Schmidt for his significant contribution to securing and further developing our family-owned company over the past two decades.”

Through his continued activity on the advisory board of the Peter Dornier Foundation, Mr. Schmidt will remain connected to the family and the foundation.
