Customer Satisfaction Takes First Place for Bianco
Always focusing on new technologies in production, Bianco designs advanced machines for the textile finishing, technical textile and nonwoven fabric industries.
Bianco, which has been manufacturing for more than 40 years and has a wide customer portfolio, exhibited its machines and new solutions that can control the fabric tension at this year’s ITMA. In addition, the company has introduced a new stenter machine and a new version of the polyester machine, which has sold more than 200 units so far. Another solution added to the Bianco portfolio was the new packaging line.Giuseppe Begnini, Regional Sales Director of Bianco, explained Bianco’s success with the words:” The success of every machine we develop is hidden in our consideration of customer needs. ”
How does Bianco strive to deliver reliable and new machines?
This is one of our best topics we are doing. For us, communication with customers is of great importance. Because we can think new machines, we can study, we can develop, but finally it is our customers who will use our machines. It is only by listening to our customers we can improve our machines, that we can think of something new.
Our customer stays in the center of our thinking. Our consantrate around of our customer. Because in a market where everything changes, you can only produce a new and good product by working with the customer . Every single market has just little diffrence so, a machine that is good for Turkey, is not to be good for another market. Every single day, working hard, study hard, good relations inside and outside is our idea. We cannot stop. Because in the day we decided stop our developments we know that will be a problem. That’s why Bianco’s success lies in the fact that we consider customer needs on every machine we develop.
What has been your company’s biggest achievement over the past 12 months?
The last year has been good for Bianco. China, Pakistan, Bangladesh have been good. But we are growing again because for more or less 10 years since 2008, every single year Bianco is growing. We think and hope that also the situation will be able to grow.
In terms of the exports market, what is the importance of Turkey for your company?
Turkey is one of our best markets today. I can say that China is our first market, then Bangladesh. And then Turkey. Turkey is very important for Bianco. Turkey is the most important market for all world. Because in Turkey there ise very good Quality, very good customers. It’s a very huge market and very near. Closeness is very important. We hope that Turkey can solve the problems in the inside, we can go selling.
Do you have any plans to invest in Turkey?
No, our headquarter is in Italy and we will continue to stay in Italy. In Turkey, we have our employees and technical support. This is what we have in Turkey because the sales staff and the technical support is very important.
