Devsan Exports Machinery to European, Asian and African Markets
In 2015, Devsan doubled its strength by merging with its partner automation company, a Siemens solution partner. Moving to its new facilities this year, the company continues to increase its quality in a larger production area. With its technical staff consisting of expert engineers in its field, Devsan designs all the machines in computer environment, and tests them in simulations. This way, it prevents errors that may occur later.
In order to serve the rapidly growing textile and fashion industry with quality fabrics, it is necessary to offer a quality warp preparation process. Developments in the machine automation technology and metal processing techniques led Devsan to produce the new PRUSA 36 Conical Warping Machine and creel systems. These machines are aimed to reach a wide audience with high quality and low cost.
With PRUSA 36 Conical Warp preparation machine, the business reports prepared in line with the production requirements are taught to the machine very easily. It allows up to 500 different job recipes. As a result of the job details entered, the necessary calculations are made automatically by the machine. Turkish, English and Arabic language options are offered by default.
Different language options can be added by the software team upon request. Operation settings for the machine, detailed status of the motion control components, calibration and status of the measuring equipment, detailed system diagnostics are easily achieved with the automation setup based on the SIEMENS TIA PORTAL. Thanks to the creel system, for the first time developed by the company in Turkey, it is ensured that winding is carried out with the same tension level from the first meter up to the end, thus a very high winding quality is achieved.
Devsan machines works in almost every continent, mainly in Egypt and Iran. Receiving very positive feedback at ITM 2018, the company will participate in EGE-TMG Denizli and then ITMA-2019 Barcelona exhibitions. This way, it aims to reach a broader market share in Turkey and abroad by introducing new machines to its customers. In addition, it will have the opportunity to introduce its Serial Warp Preparation Machine, which is compatible with today’s technology in mechanical and automation processes, to its customers for the first time in Denizli Exhibition.
