EFFE welcomed its visitors with a team of 15 employees and representatives from USA, Indonesia, Egypt, Peru, Thailand, Poland, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Tunisia, France, Iran, Pakistan and received on order 16 PASHA Stenter Machines.
PASHA, The 3rd Generation Stenter Machine, described by EFFE as saying “We have gathered all essential specifications we think that a stenter machine must have, on it” attracted great attention at ITMA Barcelona.
PASHA Stenter Machine, which was launched by EFFE at ITM 2016 in Istanbul, was showcased at the booth to display both natural gas and hot oil heating system to visitors with the defining units of knitting and woven fabric working lines. Evaluating the intense interest shown to them at the exhibition, Chairman of the Board Celal İRİ says, “As EFFE, we participated our second ITMA fair in Barcelona on the tenth year of our establishment. We hosted our guests at the fair which was held for the 18th time this year in an area of 300 square meters. The PASHA Model Stenter Machine, which we launched in ITM 2016 Istanbul, took its place in our booth to show both natural gas and thermal oil heating systems to our visitors together with the determining units of knitting and woven fabric working lines.” Effe’s team of 15 employees from various departments such as production, sales, marketing, import, export and R&D and representatives from USA, Indonesia, Egypt, Peru, Thailand, Poland, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Tunisia, France, Iran and Pakistan demonstrated Effe products to visitors.
General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors İhsan MOKANOĞLU emphasized that they are generally satisfied with the interest shown to their booth and visitors from many countries. “At ITMA, Effe strengthened its pre- dictions that the US market is open to investment compared to the previous years, and the South American market will see comparably better conditions, and competition will increase in Asia, and production capacities will increase in Europe, and the Egyptian textile industry will perform better. However, expecting a prosperous year in India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and in the local markets, Effe observed an intense contribution from Turkey.
The industry’s leading compa- nies around the world follow the manufacturers at exhibitions before taking steps for investment and get prepared to pinpoint the target markets. Having total orders of 16 PASHA stenters during the exhibition, EFFE has planned its production plan according to this momentum.”
3RD GENERATION STENTER PASHA
Effe Endustri is a ten-year-old company and its owner and team have more than twenty years of experience in designing and manufacturing stenters. Two stenter machines were produced under two different companies with this team in the past years.Customer expectations and demands are blended with the team’s ability to produce creative solutions and the features, which can make a stenter perfect are combined with experience. This can be considered as the third version of a stenter. The term third generation stenter originates from this concept. The difference Effe Endustri makes is hidden in renewing itself throughout its twenty-year past of experience in order to meet the features needed. Celal İRİ described this feature, “Our differences, are hidden in renewing ourselves to meet the characteristics needed in our twenty-year history.”
LOW CONSUMPTION COSTS, HIGH EFFICIENCY
The innovations, which Effe Endustri has added to this machine since its launch, increased efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
As for the main innovations, the IE4 class was used in the engines offering the highest energy efficiency. The latest technology were used for the inverters. Instead of the chimney pipe system installed on the machine, the built-in chimneys were manufactured to save energy. The Quality of the insulating materials and the amount of use were determined for zero heat loss. For the efficiency of the heating system, heat exchangers and filter systems were located in both horizontally and vertically.
