Wide Product Portfolio from Knitting to Embroidery at the Tetaş Stand
TETAŞ will host industry professionals at ITM 2026 in Hall 3, stands 312A and 312B. The company will showcase the latest solutions from the leading global textile technology brands it represents.
One of the highlights at ITM 2026 this year will be the Richpeace fully automatic mattress protector and fitted sheet production machine. This system has been developed to maximize efficiency in the production of mattress protectors and fitted sheets. The machine completes the processes of inserting the elastic band, sewing it to the mattress skirt, and joining the skirt with the protective layer using overlock stitching in a single operation, significantly reducing production time. With high production speed, consistent quality, and minimal operator dependency, it introduces a new automation approach to the home textile industry.
In addition, a live demonstration of an intelligent warehouse and fully integrated cutting room automation line representing the future “dark factory” concept will be presented at the exhibition. In this system, an autonomous forklift will retrieve fabric baskets from storage shelves according to instructions and deliver them to an AGV transport robot. The AGV robot will transfer the fabric basket to a lifting system, which will automatically feed it into the Tesan A200S Mini Plus fabric spreading machine (a 100% locally produced system), where spreading will be performed. The fabrics will then be cut on the Shima Seiki P-CAM cutting system. The entire process is designed to operate without human intervention.
Tetaş will also present the new-generation Pegasus hem sewing automation machine developed for the garment industry, where hemming is considered one of the most critical operations due to high labor costs and operator dependency. With this system, one operator can control two machines simultaneously; even operators without sewing experience can achieve standard and high-quality production. This increases efficiency while addressing skilled labor shortages.
Among the brands featured at the exhibition, Japan’s Shima Seiki, a global leader in flat knitting and digital design technologies, will present its seamless knitting and 3D production solutions. Its Wholegarment® technology and Apex design platform represent a new generation approach in digital production processes.
Italy-based Lonati, one of the world leaders in sock knitting machines, will showcase its next-generation systems developed with high speed, energy efficiency, and smart production infrastructure. Its solutions for technical socks and performance textiles will be among the key technologies at the exhibition.
Santoni, a strong brand in circular knitting and seamless production technologies, will stand out with high-efficiency systems for sportswear, activewear, underwear, and technical textiles, drawing attention with its flexible and sustainable production approach.
Unitex, active in circular printing technologies, will present high-quality and sustainable solutions for modern printing processes. Its systems provide faster, more flexible, and lower-cost printing in digitized textile production.
Tajima, one of the most prestigious brands in industrial embroidery technologies, will showcase its high-precision multi-head embroidery machines. Its solutions for fashion, sportswear, automotive, and promotional industries highlight a quality- and speed-oriented production approach.
Polyprint, developing innovative digital textile printing technologies, will present sustainable and fast solutions for personalized production processes with its DTG (Direct to Garment) systems. These systems, especially designed for short-run and boutique production, are expected to attract significant attention.
New Export Market Targets
Stating that they have high expectations from ITM 2026, Bingöl noted that Europe, Turkic Republics, Russia, the Middle East, and North Africa are experiencing renewed strong momentum.
