“ITM’s International Reach Is One of the Exhibition’s Key Strengths”
Rauschert, one of the leading manufacturers of technical ceramic solutions for the textile industry, showcased its innovative technologies that increase production efficiency and support sustainable manufacturing at ITM 2026. Manuel Gebhardt, Head of Sales Textile Technology at Rauschert, shared his views on the importance of the exhibition for the industry and the company’s future goals.
The Germany-based family-owned company exhibited its Rapaltex® ceramic friction discs, twist stoppers and yarn guides for DTY production, as well as its Inopor® ceramic membrane technology developed for process water treatment and recycling. Through these solutions, Rauschert aims to help textile manufacturers increase production speeds, extend maintenance intervals, improve yarn quality and reduce defects.
Inopor® Technology Supports Sustainable Manufacturing
Rauschert’s Inopor® technology supports sustainable manufacturing by reducing water consumption, energy costs, wastewater volumes and carbon emissions through efficient process water recycling.
Emphasizing that ITM 2026 is one of the most important textile exhibitions in the region, Manuel Gebhardt stated that Türkiye is a strategic market for the company. He noted that the exhibition provides significant opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships, meet new business partners and directly evaluate the current needs of the industry. Gebhardt also stated that ITM 2026 supports the company’s long-term growth strategy by increasing its visibility in Türkiye and neighboring markets.
Stating that the company has experienced strong visitor interest throughout the exhibition, Gebhardt noted that demand for textile ceramic components and water recycling technologies has been particularly remarkable. He said that, in addition to meeting with existing customers and business partners, the company has also established valuable new contacts. According to Gebhardt, both the visitor profile and the quality of discussions have met expectations.
Istanbul’s Global Position Strengthens International Partnerships
Highlighting the advantages of Istanbul’s international position, Gebhardt said that ITM 2026 brings together visitors from Türkiye as well as Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This allows the company to establish direct contact with customers from different markets and application areas. He emphasized that ITM 2026’s international reach is one of the exhibition’s key strengths.
Gebhardt also revealed that the company has already held several promising discussions regarding pilot projects and future partnerships during the exhibition. He noted particularly strong interest in solutions that improve production efficiency and sustainability. Stating that textile manufacturers are focused on reducing operating costs, improving product quality and optimizing resource consumption, Gebhardt said that although the exhibition is still in its early stages, the feedback received so far has been extremely positive and many discussions are expected to continue after ITM 2026.
Manuel Gebhardt stated that sustainability, efficiency and product quality will remain key priorities for the textile industry in the coming period. He emphasized that Rauschert will continue investing in advanced ceramic technologies that help manufacturers increase productivity, reduce waste and lower operating costs.
Gebhardt added that the company’s goal is to support zero-defect yarn processing and contribute to the wider adoption of more sustainable manufacturing models through efficient process water recycling.
