Water Treated Ozone
This new sustainable wash system has made it possible to use less water, less chemicals and thus during the wash cycle the indigo dye color that occurs from the ready-made garment (denim textile) color has been cleaned efficiently by mixing ozone to the water (or stone washed water) and reducing the color of the garments during the wash process. Also during the wash process the ozone that is mixed with water helps getr id of any chemical substance and dye colors going to waste water treatment plant of the factory which helps minimize waste water costs.
