Trützschler Focuses on High Efficiency and Intelligent Automation at ITM 2024
Trützschler is attending the ITM 2024 in Istanbul, from June 4 to June 8, 2024. At Booth 714A in Hall 7, Trützschler will introduce the latest machines and technologies including innovations for spinning, card clothing and nonwovens.
Trützschler spinning will showcase innovations for carding, draw frame and combing that meet the most important customer requirements in fiber processing: high efficiency, more sustainable raw material utilization and intelligent automation. Trützschler’s team will also present the latest digital technologies for spinning mills.
Trützschler booth will feature a full-size display of TC 30i card and integrated draw frame IDF 3. The TC 30i card offers high levels of performance and yarn quality thanks to 35 % more active flats and 14 % increased carding length in combination with the intelligent gap optimizer T-GO. And IDF 3 helps to improve quality levels when processing raw materials with a high short fiber content. It also enables shortened processes that save resources, energy, and production space. Attendees will be able to learn more about the world’s first 12-head comber, TCO 21XL. This new high-performance comber makes it possible to increase productivity by 50 % with top and consistent sliver quality. The 12-head comber reduces space requirements by 25%.
Visitors can also look forward to the introduction of new brand for textile recycling, Truecycled. Trützschler’s machinery expertise and technological know-how enable customers to produce sliver with the highest possible levels of quality – and make it possible to turn waste into value.
Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) will present a wide range of technologies from its clothing portfolio, which covers the complete spectrum of applications in the spinning and nonwoven markets. TCC is also focusing on recycling applications and will showcase its contributions to sustainability in the textile industry.
Trützschler Nonwovens will focus on high-quality sustainable nonwoven solutions that are tailored for flushable wipes and high-quality baby and body wipes with the pulp-based CP and WLS lines. The team will also share insights into further innovations like the needle-punched line T-Suprema for technical nonwovens.
The company made the following statements: “The ITM is a great opportunity for people from across the global textile industry to talk to experts from all business units. Trützschler are excited to meet new and existing customers in Istanbul.”
