With more than 40 years of experience in the textile machinery industry, Eliar serves in the field of control devices. On the second day of ITM 2024, the company dedicated a part of its booth to the Future Tunnel, showing the importance it attaches to R&D investments and artificial intelligence.

In an interview with Ata Turgutalp, Eliar Export Sales and Marketing Leader, we talked about the innovations they announced at ITM 2024, the company’s R&D spirit and artificial intelligence solutions.

Turgutalp said the following on the subject: “We are a company that constantly increases its R&D investments. R&D comes from our culture and roots. We are currently experiencing a very rapid transformation involving Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence. We are researching how artificial intelligence can be used in the textile industry, in wet processes. We monitor all parameters in the dyeing process with the Manufacturing Execution System that analyzes process data. We also launched the T9 series of our control devices and our new smart sensors here.”

Stating that there are global problems and cost optimization gains importance in such periods, Turgutalp continued his statements as follows: “ITM Exhibition has a serious echo especially in the attraction centres of textile.
