Devsel Continues to Offer Quality Products With Innovative Approach

With an annual production capacity of 190 million meters, Devsel is a major producer in the narrow weaving industry in Turkey and operates both nationally and internationally. The company manufactures rubber for underwear, medical, automotive and technical textiles. Devsel exports to around fifty different countries and exports 60% of its production while selling 40% of it in the domestic market. The company runs its production in Istanbul at a high-tech and eco-friendly facility on a 10,000 sqm area. Devsel’s production takes place as such:

The supplied yarns are wound on the bobbins with fully integrated computer controlled machines and prepared for weaving after the yarn separation process. Products are manufactured according to the desired width, length and specifications, knitted rubber, woven rubber, automotive and medical rubbers in line with the customer needs. Then the finished products are dyed at the company’s dye house. Quality control is performed at every stage of production and all Devel products are tested on testing devices. Finally, products are packaged and delivered to domestic and international customers.
