Özbilim Makine Showcases the Future of Cutting Room Automation at ITM 2026
Özbilim Makine is preparing to present its cutting-room automation technologies, developed over more than 50 years of engineering expertise, to industry professionals at ITM 2026. Throughout the exhibition, the company invites visitors to Hall 2, Stand 208A to experience its innovative solutions firsthand.
Developing solutions for a wide production spectrum ranging from ready-to-wear fabrics to technical textiles and industrial flexible materials used in the automotive and defense industries, Özbilim will comprehensively showcase its next-generation systems at this year’s exhibition with a focus on speed, traceability, sustainability and digitalization.
Among the highlights of the exhibition is the IPC-controlled automatic spreading system O/LAY. Integrated with the patented C-CUT augmented reality technology, O/LAY detects fabric defects in real time, allowing operators to instantly visualize the impact on the marker and continue production with minimal downtime. Through the Agent & BASE digital management infrastructure, all spreading operations can be monitored instantly. At the same time, marker data, waste ratios, operator performance and production efficiency can be analyzed through detailed reporting.
Another key system to be introduced by Özbilim at the exhibition is the AI-supported fabric quality inspection solution O/FIN. Automatically detecting and digitally mapping holes, stains and weaving defects on fabric surfaces, O/FIN ensures uninterrupted data flow throughout production processes.
Meanwhile, the O/BAR interactive cut-part inspection system enables operators to perform fast and error-free quality control.
The company will also present its Layered Conveyor and Plastic Modular Conveyor Table solutions, designed to create a more ergonomic, organized and sustainable material flow within the cutting room.
