ITM 2024 Showed Us that We have Started to Grow in the Turkish Market

Swinsol participated in ITM 2024 with unique Swiss engineered technology solutions that meet the needs of customers and the textile market with less energy, air, labour and less cost. We interviewed with Didem Daneffel, Vice President of Swinsol Sales Department, for our Tekstil Teknoloji magazine.
Which products did Swinsol exhibit at ITM 2024?
At ITM 2024, we exhibited our two products Recom 3.T Upgrade from Pneumatic Compact and the SpringUnit® P3-1 Toparm.
Can you tell us about the advantages of Recom 3.T Upgrade from Pneumatic Compact?
These products enable customers to earn more money and make more profit. In addition, it offers the opportunity to produce more with the energy savings it provides and reduces time by 50 per cent.
The compact machine, suction compact technology was a great innovation in the air guide technology, providing more fiber compactness. If clean long combed fibers are used, the K-system delivers good yarn results for fine yarns. Without high-quality material, the K-frame cannot unfold its potential.
However, Swinsol’s mechanical compact upgrade today enables spinning short staple f ibers on a pneumatic Rieter K-frame saving energy and costs while maintaining the same or even better yarn quality results.
Swinsol‘s patented upgrade solution to a Recompact 3.T unit for pneumatic machines provides the customer with 18 mm of controlled traversing, significant savings on spare parts and vacuum costs, as well as the same or better yarn quality. The Recompact 3.T mechanical upgrade can be installed on any Rieter K-frame and is compatible with the P3-1 top arm.
Why is the Springunit® P3-1 Toparm the ideal replacement solution for a pneumatic P3-1 Tube System ?
Unlike in the past, spinning machines are now running 24/7. They do not need to be shut down over the weekend and further adjustment of the pressure volume to the top arms is unnecessary. A constant draw of air and energy is no longer required.
