New Generation Sampling Loom from CCI Tech: Evergreen II
CCI Tech, which aims to provide excellent solutions for woven fabric samples, exhibited Evergreen II and Kebalan sampling loom and Lutan.com warping machines at ITMA 2019.

We interviewed with CCI Tech CEO Kevin J.L. Chung during the ITMA 2019. Chung, gave information about the company’s products. Related to Turkey, “Turkey is a very important market for us. Therefore, in order to make our customers happy, we try to understand their needs and develop solutions. ” he said.
What were the most important innovations CCI Tech exhibited at ITMA 2019?
We, CCI, only focus on sampling machines. This time we showed the new machines, sizing, warping and weaving. As CCI we are proud to announce the new development of a leading technology product, LUTAN.com, an integrated single-end warping machine with a No-Creel Design. The machine integrates a stand-alone creel onto the warping ring of the machine itself, removing considerable floor space required for the creel and further obtaining warp beam of uniform tension with highest quality. This Integrated Design concept reflects CCI’s revolution technology for warp preparation and implements maximum performance. It can withstand the pulling force generated during beaming and further supply warp yarns at uniform tension. In addition, there are four sets of Color Changing Devices, and these automatic devices can work synchronously to achieve a high level of productivity on multi-colour warp arrangement.
As CCI we presented Kebalan to serve the needs of diverse weaving & textiles applications, particularly suitable for the development of special or other functional fabrics. Kebalan is the first intelligent automatic Servo Loom – including numerous advanced features such as Individual Servo Motor Shedding Device, Dynamic Warp & Weft Tension Capability, Digital Packs which owns powerful parameters archives system, Convenient Maintenance Door, and more features.
The new servo loom can set and control all weaving motions respectively via individual servo motor while provides great ability of recording and analysis. It brings significant increase in operating accuracy, efficiency, and ultimately delivers great fabric quality. This machine will be available in the end of 2019.
One of your products at the ITMA 2019 is your Evergreen II sampling loom. Can we listen to the advantages of this machine from you?
Another product we exhibited at the exhibition is our Evergreen II sampling loom, developed at 100 cycles. Evergreen II, includes all the features of the previous model Evergreen. Evergreen II is the new evolution which is installed with the essence of all the previous models. It is full functional and can produce all kinds of woven samples from upholstery, apparel to industrial fabrics etc. From the vast experiences we gained worldwide, Evergreen II performs smoothly at a higher speed with increased efficiency. It caters to every intimate detail in sampling. The elegant ergonomic exterior design reflects its mature beauty.
The completeness of Evergreen II enables a large increase in weaving speed and improved accuracy in operations, thereby maximizing the overall productivity for textile applications. Evergreen, which works in more than 40 countries, is a fast-moving and easy-to-maintain version that attracts a lot of attention.
Did the ITM 2019 meet your expectations?
We want more people from all over the world and more friends to see our machines. ITMA 2019 met our expectations in this sense. We had the opportunity to meet new customers from all over the world. We are satisfied with our sales.
What are the greatest achievements your company has achieved over the past 12 months?
We have successfully introduced our new solutions that address different materials, different purposes and different dimensions. We have always produced successful products in the past and we hope that we will continue to move forward in this way.
If you assess in terms of export market, what is the importance of Turkey for your company?
Turkey is a very important market for us. A country with many different materials used and high quality requirements. That’s why we try to understand our customers’ needs and develop solutions to keep our customers happy. There are many companies who use our products in Turkey and they are important customers for us. We also do our best to markets in Turkey and we have a service network in Turkey.
